MEROPA 68

Description

Meropa 68 is an ISO VG 68 mineral extreme-pressure gear oil formulated for enclosed industrial and marine gear systems. Its sulphur-phosphorus additive system protects gears and bearings against scuffing, scoring and wear under heavy and shock loads. The ISO VG 68 viscosity supports efficient circulation and cooling in high-speed, lightly to moderately loaded gear units. Oxidation stability, rust protection, foam control and water separation help maintain clean and reliable gear operation. It is suitable for bath, splash, circulating or spray lubrication where an AGMA EP or DIN 51517-3 CLP oil of this grade is specified.
