Description
AeroShell Grease 6 is a general-purpose mineral aviation grease formulated with a non-soap Microgel thickener. It provides good oxidation stability, water resistance and protection against wear and corrosion in approved aircraft and marine components. Its balanced consistency and operating characteristics make it suitable for plain and rolling bearings, gears and other mechanisms requiring a dependable general-purpose grease. The product is intended for moderate-temperature applications and should not replace specialised extreme-temperature greases without manufacturer approval. It meets recognised military requirements, including MIL-PRF-24139, where specified.
