AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 308

Description

AeroShell Turbine Oil 308 is a low-viscosity 3 cSt synthetic ester lubricant developed for certain older aircraft gas-turbine engines and auxiliary equipment. It provides good low-temperature fluidity, thermal stability and protection against wear and deposit formation. Its MIL-PRF-7808 Grade 3 performance makes it suitable for approved turbine systems requiring reliable starting and circulation under extremely cold conditions. The oil is associated primarily with legacy military engines, auxiliary power units and specialised turbine equipment. It carries NATO Code O-148 and must only be used where specifically authorised by the equipment manufacturer.
