Description

AIRCOL SN 100 is a synthetic air compressor lubricant formulated using high-quality synthetic diester base fluids for severe operating conditions in rotary screw, rotary vane and reciprocating compressors. Its synthetic formulation provides superior oxidation stability, high-temperature performance, lubricity and film strength compared with conventional mineral compressor oils. It offers excellent anti-wear protection and reduced carbon-forming tendencies, helping maintain cleaner compressor operation and extend service intervals. In reciprocating compressors, its enhanced oxidation resistance can provide substantially longer service life than conventional mineral oils. The formulation is particularly suitable for compressors operating at high compression ratios and elevated discharge temperatures where reliable lubrication and deposit control are essential.
