Description
ALUSTRA 65 is a water-based graphite suspension developed as a highly adhesive lubricant and die-release agent for hot-forming processes, particularly extrusion moulding of aluminium alloys. Its high graphite content provides good lubricating and release performance under high surface pressure, vibration and micro-motion. Special additives give the product strong adhesion, allowing it to remain on vertical surfaces, while its water-based, non-flammable formulation enables application by conventional methods including spraying.
