Description

CEPLATTYN SF 10 is a light-coloured, high-viscosity synthetic adhesive lubricant developed for heavy-duty open gear drives on mills in the raw materials industry. Its high-viscosity base oil provides a stable lubricant film between contacting tooth flanks, while the advanced additive system delivers excellent wear protection, good extreme-pressure performance and strong adhesion. The product is free of solvents and bitumen and provides effective lubrication even when used at minimum consumption. CEPLATTYN SF 10 is particularly suitable for high-speed open mill drives subjected to high vibration and can also be used for large driving chains. It operates from approximately 0°C to +120°C, with an application temperature above +10°C, and meets the AGMA requirements specified for open gear drives.
