Description

CEPLATTYN TL is a silvery high-temperature lubricant containing a combination of high-purity metallic solid lubricants, designed for applications involving extremely high temperatures. It penetrates effectively into riding rings and wire ropes, while the metallic solid lubricants separate contacting hot metal surfaces and reduce tribocorrosion. The base fluid evaporates slowly at temperatures above 100°C, leaving behind a dry lubrication coating that provides reliable lubrication after evaporation. The resulting dry lubricant film can operate at temperatures above 600°C. CEPLATTYN TL is particularly suitable for the internal lubrication of riding rings on cement kilns and dryers, as well as for wire ropes exposed to intense radiant heat, including applications near molten steel.
