Description

Delo 1000 Marine SAE 40 is a high-performance, medium-alkaline diesel engine oil developed for medium- and high-speed trunk-piston marine engines. Its detergent and dispersant system helps keep crankcases, pistons and oil-control rings clean while limiting filter blockage and deposit formation. The SAE 40 viscosity provides a stronger lubricating film for heavily loaded engines operating at higher temperatures. Effective alkalinity reserve, oxidation stability and corrosion protection help safeguard engine components during operation and shutdown. It is recommended for approved trunk-piston engines using marine diesel oil or gas oil containing up to 1.5% sulphur.
