Description

Delo Gear SAE 85W-140 is a high-viscosity mineral extreme-pressure gear lubricant designed for heavily loaded axles, differentials and final drives. Its extreme-pressure additive system protects gears against scuffing, scoring and wear during shock loading and severe operation. The SAE 85W-140 viscosity develops a particularly strong lubricating film for high-temperature, high-load and slow-speed gear service. Good oxidation stability, foam resistance and corrosion protection help maintain reliable drivetrain performance. It is suitable for approved applications requiring an API GL-5 or MT-1 heavy-duty gear lubricant of this viscosity.
