FM GEAR OIL 460

Description

FM GEAR OIL 460 is a food-grade anti-wear gear lubricant formulated for enclosed gearboxes in food and beverage processing and packaging equipment. Its carefully selected base fluids and additives provide good lubrication together with anti-wear and extreme-pressure protection, while its antioxidant performance helps minimise deposits and sludge at elevated temperatures. The ISO VG 460 viscosity provides a thicker lubricating film for heavily loaded gears and applications requiring higher-viscosity lubrication. It has a neutral odour and taste and is suitable for steel-on-steel and phosphor-bronze wheel applications. It is NSF H1 and NSF ISO 21469 registered and meets DIN 51517 CLP and ISO 6743-6 L-CKC requirements.
