Description

GEARMASTER ECO 100 is a rapidly biodegradable, synthetic ester-based high-performance gear oil formulated for heavy-duty industrial gearboxes, particularly in environmentally sensitive areas. Its formulation provides excellent load absorption, protection against fretting and micropitting, good ageing stability and very good corrosion protection. Excellent low-temperature behaviour supports reliable start-up and efficient gearbox operation, while low foaming contributes to dependable lubrication. The ISO VG 100 viscosity provides a balanced lubricating film for industrial gears requiring moderate viscosity. It is classified as CLPE 100, exceeds DIN 51517-3 requirements and provides biodegradability above 90% according to CEC L-33-A-93.
