GEARMASTER ECO 220

Description

GEARMASTER ECO 220 is a rapidly biodegradable, synthetic ester-based high-performance gear oil formulated for heavy-duty industrial gearboxes and environmentally sensitive applications. It provides excellent load absorption and outstanding protection against fretting and micropitting, together with good ageing stability and very good corrosion protection. Its low foaming characteristics and excellent low-temperature behaviour support reliable and efficient gearbox operation across a wide range of conditions. The ISO VG 220 viscosity provides a thicker lubricating film suitable for heavily loaded spur, bevel, planetary and worm gears. It is classified as CLPE 220, exceeds DIN 51517-3 requirements and offers biodegradability above 90% according to CEC L-33-A-93.
