GEARMASTER PGP 1000

Description

GEARMASTER PGP 1000 is a fully synthetic polyglycol-based high-performance gear oil formulated for extremely heavily loaded industrial gear systems and high-temperature applications. Its extremely low coefficient of friction, high pressure absorption, very high shear stability and excellent corrosion protection provide dependable lubrication under demanding operating conditions. The ISO VG 1000 viscosity provides an exceptionally thick lubricating film for heavily loaded spur, bevel, planetary and worm gears, especially where there is a high proportion of sliding movement. Its superior friction behaviour and load-carrying capacity can help reduce oil temperatures and support longer oil change intervals. It is classified as CLP-PG 1000 and can be used at permanent temperatures above 150°C.
