GEARMASTER PGP 220

Description

GEARMASTER PGP 220 is a fully synthetic polyglycol-based high-performance gear oil formulated for heavily loaded industrial gearboxes. It provides an extremely low coefficient of friction, high pressure absorption, very high shear stability and excellent corrosion protection, making it particularly suitable for gears with a high proportion of sliding movement. The ISO VG 220 viscosity provides a thicker lubricating film for heavily loaded spur, bevel, planetary and worm gears. Its excellent friction and load-carrying behaviour can help reduce operating temperatures and support extended oil change intervals. It is classified as CLP-PG 220 and is approved by Siemens AG Flender-Getriebe for the applicable viscosity range.
