Description

Mobil DTE Heavy Medium is a premium-performance ISO VG 68 mineral circulating oil designed for steam and hydro turbines and a wide range of industrial lubrication systems. Its highly refined base oils and additive system provide excellent oxidation stability, wear protection and resistance to sludge and varnish formation. The ISO VG 68 viscosity supplies strong lubricating-film protection for moderately heavy loads, while its ABB Turbo approvals make it particularly suitable for specified turbocharger applications. Rapid water separation, corrosion protection and foam control help maintain dependable operation and extended lubricant life. It is also suitable for bearings, parallel-shaft gearing, hydraulic pumps, compressors and vacuum pumps operating under appropriate conditions.
