Description

Mobil EAL Arctic 22 is a supreme-performance ISO VG 22 fully synthetic polyol ester refrigeration oil designed for compressors and systems using ozone-friendly HFC, HFO and HFO/HFC refrigerants. Its advanced formulation provides strong wear protection, high-temperature stability and resistance to chemical and hydrolytic degradation. The ISO VG 22 grade combines excellent low-temperature fluidity with reliable lubrication and oil return in refrigeration systems requiring a light-viscosity compressor oil. Its wax-free characteristics help maintain evaporator cleanliness and system efficiency across HVAC, commercial refrigeration, food storage and transport applications. The oil is hygroscopic and must be protected from moisture during handling; it is not suitable for ammonia systems.
