Description

PLANTOHYD 40 N is an environmentally compatible hydraulic and lubricating oil based on renewable natural raw materials, formulated for mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment operating under low to medium loads. Its natural triglyceride base, combined with additives that improve oxidation and ageing stability, provides excellent lubricating properties, good corrosion protection and low evaporation loss. The formulation offers good low-temperature characteristics and high natural viscosity index for reliable performance across changing operating conditions. PLANTOHYD 40 N is rapidly biodegradable according to OECD 301 B (>60%) and is classified as HETG according to ISO 15380, making it an environmentally acceptable alternative to conventional mineral-oil hydraulic fluids. It is suitable for hydraulic systems requiring an ISO VG 46 viscosity grade and is used in applications across agriculture, forestry, steel, mining, transport and machinery industries.
