Description

PLANTOLUBE CGLP 68 S is an environmentally friendly, rapidly biodegradable slideway oil based on synthetic esters, formulated for machine-tool guideways and sliding surfaces requiring reliable lubrication and protection against stick-slip. Its synthetic ester formulation provides excellent load-carrying capacity, outstanding wear protection and very good friction characteristics, helping support smooth and precise movement of machine components. The ISO VG 68 viscosity provides an appropriate lubricating film for guideways and machine-tool components operating under demanding loads. With a viscosity index of approximately 170 and a pour point of about -33°C, it provides stable lubrication across a broad range of operating conditions. PLANTOLUBE CGLP 68 S is designed for use in combination with PLANTOCOOL and PLANTOCUT metalworking fluids and is suitable for steel, metal processing, machinery, casting and related industrial applications.
