Description

PLANTOSYN 3268 ECO is an environmentally friendly, high-performance HVI hydraulic fluid based on fully saturated synthetic esters, specially formulated for hydraulic systems operating in environmentally sensitive and high-risk areas. Its synthetic ester formulation provides high wear protection, excellent temperature-viscosity behaviour and improved ageing stability while offering rapid biodegradability of more than 60% according to OECD 301 B. The fluid fulfils the minimum requirements for HEES according to ISO 15380 and HVLP according to DIN 51524-3, providing reliable performance across a broad range of hydraulic applications. Its high viscosity index of approximately 191 and ISO VG 46 viscosity support dependable operation under changing temperature conditions, with a recommended hydraulic-system operating range of approximately -30°C to +90°C. PLANTOSYN 3268 ECO has also been awarded the EU Ecolabel, making it particularly suitable where environmental protection is an important consideration.
