RENEP KN SERIES

Description

RENEP KN SERIES is a range of high-performance slideway oils based on solvent raffinates with surface-active and friction-reducing additives, formulated for machine-tool guideways requiring reliable lubrication and protection under demanding operating conditions. Its formulation provides good EP performance, effective corrosion protection and reduced friction, helping prevent stick-slip during low-speed and high-load movements. The oils contain tackiness improvers that promote good adhesion of the lubricating film to guideway surfaces, while their excellent compatibility with cutting fluids and demulsifying properties support reliable operation in metalworking environments. RENEP KN SERIES fulfils the requirements for CGLP slideway oils according to DIN 51502 and is especially suitable for use with ECOCOOL water-miscible cutting fluids.
