Description

Shell Refrigeration Oil S4 FR-F 32 is an advanced ISO VG 32 synthetic refrigeration compressor lubricant based on polyol ester technology and developed for R134a and other HFC refrigerants, including R23, R404A, R410 and R507. It provides excellent thermal and oxidation stability, helping maintain performance under high compressor discharge temperatures. Its low ISO VG 32 viscosity and −54°C pour point promote efficient lubricant circulation and dependable performance in low-temperature or high-speed compressor applications. The formulation protects bearings and pistons against wear and is suitable for rotary and reciprocating compressors in open, semi-open and hermetic systems. It meets the requirements of DIN 51503 KD.
