AIRCOL PD 100

Description

AIRCOL PD 100 is a mineral oil-based compressor lubricant formulated from highly refined base oils and selected additives for the reliable lubrication of both reciprocating and rotary air compressors. It provides good oxidation resistance, thermal stability, anti-wear and corrosion protection while maintaining low carbon-forming tendencies under demanding compressor conditions. The ISO VG 100 viscosity is particularly suited to crankcase and cylinder lubrication of reciprocating compressors, while the Aircol PD range can also be used in rotary compressor applications where the viscosity is appropriate. The formulation meets DIN 51506 VDL requirements for reciprocating compressors with air discharge temperatures up to 220°C and provides reliable protection against deposits, rust and lubricant degradation.
