Description

Castrol Alpha SP 320 is a high-quality mineral-based extreme-pressure industrial gear oil formulated with selected sulfur-phosphorus additives to provide high load-carrying capability and protection against scuffing and wear in heavily loaded gear systems. Its formulation provides good thermal and oxidation stability, water separation, corrosion protection and foam control, supporting reliable lubrication in demanding industrial environments. The ISO VG 320 viscosity provides a heavy lubricating film for enclosed gear drives operating under high and shock loads. It is suitable for industrial gearboxes using splash, oil-bath or forced-circulation lubrication and can also be used for certain chain drives, sprockets, flexible couplings and bearings.
