Description

Mobil Pyrolube 830 is a superior synthetic high-temperature lubricant formulated from high-molecular-weight synthetic hydrocarbons, ester fluid and a specialised anti-wear additive system. Its strong oxidation resistance and low evaporation help minimise lubricant loss, coke formation and deposits during severe high-temperature operation. The approximately ISO VG 180 viscosity provides durable lubrication for hot conveyor chains operating at temperatures up to 230°C, supporting longer intervals between chain cleaning and relubrication. It is recommended for oven chains and tenter frames used in mineral-wool, ceramic, textile, paper, timber, glass and particle-board manufacturing. The product can be applied manually or through automatic chain-lubrication systems.
