Mobil SHC Cibus 460 is a supreme-performance ISO VG 460 synthetic food-machinery lubricant engineered for slow-moving, heavily loaded enclosed gears and bearings. Its advanced synthetic formulation resists oxidation, viscosity loss and deposit formation, supporting long oil life under severe temperatures and repeated wash-down conditions. The ISO VG 460 viscosity provides substantial film thickness for high-load, low-speed gear drives and bearings requiring maximum component separation within the Mobil SHC Cibus range. Low fluid friction can improve gearbox efficiency, while robust wear, rust and corrosion protection promotes reliable equipment operation. It is NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact, certified Halal and Kosher Pareve, and meets DIN 51517-3 requirements.
