Description

Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is a premium fully inhibited electrical insulating oil designed for modern power and distribution transformers, including highly loaded applications. It is manufactured from Shell GTL zero-sulphur base oils, making it intrinsically non-corrosive toward copper without requiring passivators. Its outstanding oxidation stability supports extended oil life, while its low viscosity enables efficient heat transfer and dependable performance at low temperatures. The product is specially dried and handled to maintain low water content and high dielectric breakdown voltage at delivery, allowing use in many applications without further treatment. It is free from PCBs, DBDS and passivators, exceeds 60% biodegradation in the OECD 301B test and meets or exceeds IEC 60296 Edition 5 (2020) requirements.
