Description

Shell Tellus S2 V 15 is a high-performance ISO VG 15 mineral hydraulic fluid formulated for industrial and mobile systems exposed to wide variations in ambient or operating temperature. Its high viscosity index and shear-stable viscosity modifiers help maintain consistent hydraulic response throughout the service interval. The very low ISO VG 15 viscosity provides rapid circulation and dependable operation in extremely cold conditions, high-speed equipment and systems with narrow oil passages. Proven zinc-based additives protect pumps and other critical components against wear, while good oxidation stability, corrosion protection, air release and foam control support clean and efficient operation. It is suitable where the manufacturer specifies an ISO HV or DIN HVLP fluid of this viscosity grade.
