Description

Castrol Tribol GR 2 EP is a multipurpose lithium-based extreme-pressure grease formulated to provide reliable lubrication and protection under heavy loads, shock loading and demanding operating conditions. Its EP additive system provides high load-carrying capacity and protection against friction and wear, while corrosion inhibitors help protect metal surfaces against rust and corrosion. The grease also provides good adhesion, water resistance, ageing stability and mechanical shear stability, supporting consistent lubrication over extended service periods. With an NLGI Grade 2 consistency, it is suitable for a wide range of plain and rolling-element bearing and general industrial lubrication applications, including centralized lubrication systems where appropriate.
