SHELL REFRIGERATION OIL S4 FR-F 100

Description

Shell Refrigeration Oil S4 FR-F 100 is a high-viscosity synthetic polyol ester refrigeration compressor lubricant designed for R134a and other HFC refrigerants, including R23, R404A, R410 and R507. Its excellent thermal and oxidation stability supports extended lubricant life where compressors encounter elevated discharge temperatures. The ISO VG 100 viscosity develops a heavier lubricating film for larger, slower-running or heavily loaded compressors where this viscosity grade is specified by the manufacturer. The lubricant minimises wear in critical bearings and pistons and is suitable for rotary and reciprocating compressors in open, semi-open and hermetically sealed refrigeration systems. It meets the requirements of DIN 51503 KD.
