Description

Shell Tellus S2 MX 46 is a robust ISO VG 46 hydraulic fluid based on Group II mineral oils and designed for industrial and mobile hydraulic systems operating under demanding conditions. It delivers excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation resistance and deposit control, helping extend component and lubricant service life. Its balanced viscosity and carefully controlled air-release characteristics support efficient power transfer while reducing the risk of cavitation-related damage. A TOST oxidation life of up to 5,000 hours, together with reliable filterability, water separation and foam control, promotes clean and consistent system performance. It meets ISO HM and DIN HLP requirements and is supported by approvals from major hydraulic-equipment manufacturers, subject to the applicable regional PDS.
