Description

Shell Tellus S2 V 68 is a high-performance ISO VG 68 mineral hydraulic fluid designed for heavily loaded industrial and mobile equipment operating under changing ambient and system temperatures. Its high viscosity index and shear-stable formulation help retain consistent viscosity and protection throughout the lubricant service interval. The higher ISO VG 68 viscosity maintains a strong lubricating film in slower-moving, heavily loaded or warmer-running hydraulic systems while preserving dependable performance during temperature changes. Effective anti-wear additives protect pumps and components, while oxidation stability, corrosion protection, water separation, air release and foam control support reliable operation. It is recommended where an ISO HV or DIN HVLP hydraulic oil of this viscosity grade is specified.
