Description

Shell Corena S3 R 46 is a premium ISO VG 46 mineral compressor oil formulated for oil-flooded and oil-injected, single- or two-stage rotary sliding-vane and screw air compressors. Its advanced additive system can support oil-maintenance intervals of up to 6,000 hours under permitted operating conditions and manufacturer recommendations. It resists oxidation and deposit formation on vanes and rotating components, helping maintain compressor cleanliness, reliability and efficiency. Rapid air release and strong foam control support dependable start-up and continuous compressed-air availability, while excellent water separation helps sustain efficient operation in the presence of moisture. It also provides protection against wear, rust and corrosion and meets ISO 6743-3 L-DAJ requirements.
