SHELL TURBO T 100

Description

Shell Turbo T 100 is a high-viscosity mineral turbine and circulation oil formulated with zinc-free rust-and-oxidation inhibitors for specialised industrial lubrication systems. It offers excellent oxidation stability, corrosion protection, deposit control and water-separation performance for dependable long-term operation. The ISO VG 100 viscosity develops a substantially heavier lubricating film for slower-running, highly loaded or high-temperature bearings and circulation systems where this grade is specifically required by the equipment manufacturer. Strong foam control and air-release characteristics help maintain consistent oil flow and system efficiency, while good filterability supports clean equipment operation. It is suitable for selected turbines, compressors, pumps and industrial bearing systems requiring a premium ISO VG 100 R&O oil, but not for heavily loaded gearing demanding enhanced anti-wear additives.
