Description

Shell Gadus S2 V100 2 is a high-performance NLGI 2 lithium-hydroxystearate multipurpose grease formulated with an ISO VG 100 mineral base oil and antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-rust additives. Its strong mechanical stability prevents leakage even in repeatedly shock-loaded or vibrating bearings, while providing reliable performance at temperatures up to 130°C. It resists oxidation and deposit formation at elevated temperatures, protects components against corrosion in hostile environments and maintains its consistency during prolonged storage. This medium-consistency grease is suitable for rolling-element and plain bearings, electric-motor bearings, sealed-for-life bearings, water-pump bearings and centralised lubrication systems.
